The company’s asset is a controlling interest in mineral Prospecting Licence 267 which covers an area of 2,850 km² on the periphery of the Kabombo Dome in North Western Province, Zambia.

The Licence Area includes three deposits previously drill-investigated – the Kalumbila Nickel-Cobalt-Copper, Kawanga Uranium, and Kawako Nickel-Copper deposits.

Kawako is 12km NW of Kalumbila and is in a similar geological setting - a carbonaceous shale unit within the quartzites which have been historically correlated to the Lower Roan series of the Katangan supergroup.
