Kawanga Project - Licence 267

 
       

The Kawanga uranium mineralization was identified and drilled by AGIP over a strike length of some 1,000m in the five year period from the early 1970's. As access to the historic database was not obtained, the known mineralization was re-drilled and subject to a ground radio-metric survey.

The Company verified the presence of U3O8 in at least two lenses. Selected intersections can be seen in the table below.

The Company is currently investigating historic reports that 2 AGIP boreholes in the southern limb of Kawanga anticline reported pyrite chalcopyrite over 47m from 250m.
